We are looking for self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without hand-holding. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents desperate to make money. Agents who cannot afford their own leads. Agents needing constant guidance. Cheap agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month). Uncoachable individuals with inflated egos. Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month. Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system. Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom across the US. Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales. We do NOT participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
