Job Description We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to maintain and manage our central repository with contractual procurement documentation and ensure the integrity of IT workforce data, including contractors. This is a
Full-Time
and
Onsite
position within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions business unit. Candidates must self-disclose as neurodivergent to be considered.
Due to legal and contractual requirements, only US Citizens and Green Card Holders/Permanent residents will be considered. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2.
Responsibilities
Maintain a central repository with contractual procurement documentation
Manage licensing and services contract renewal reminders
Maintain and validate a tracker with all renewals, dates, and owners
Process renewal/procurement requests and monitor approval cycles
Ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts
Review invoices for completeness
Manage lifecycle activities around Purchase Orders and Invoices
Support procurement processes for license agreements and service contracts
Identify and implement process improvements
Develop and implement contract management policies
Manage a repository of IT service contracts and ensure documentation is up-to-date
Assist in maintaining the integrity of IT workforce data
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, or relevant experience
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, collaboration tools)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IT contract management and licensing
Familiarity with ITIL and IT asset management
Certifications like ITIL, SAM
Proficiency in SAP and document management systems
Physical Demands
Ability to perform essential functions safely
Repetitive tasks on a computer
Effective communication skills
Sedentary work with occasional movement
