Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee lease renewal and resident retention programs, and analyze leasing reports. Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager include: Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers. Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs. Manage resident relations issues, including handling phone calls, requests, and concerns. Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends. Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and publications. Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent. Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments, and models. Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed repairs, and landscaping. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications The qualifications for this role include: At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including motivating and leading a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends. Ability to tour the community with clients, including walking and climbing stairs. This role may require a valid driver’s license.
