We are currently hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee lease renewal, resident retention programs, and leasing report analysis. Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers. Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs. Manage resident relations, including handling phone calls, requests, and concerns. Analyze leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends. Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions. Manage rent collections, late notices, and rent posting. Inspect vacancies, prepare apartments and models. Inspect the property for violations, repairs, and landscaping needs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently. Flexible schedule, including weekends. Ability to tour the community with clients, including walking and climbing stairs. This role may require a valid driver’s license. Benefits
