A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its Real Estate practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves a combination of in-office and remote work, depending on case and workload demands. The successful candidate will collaborate with partners and associates on complex transactional matters in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Duties
Collaborate with partners and associates on complex real estate transactions.
Provide legal advice from local, regional, national, and global perspectives.
Manage a variety of transactional matters efficiently.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience practicing real estate law.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana.
Ability to meet minimum billable hourly requirements.
Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
MBA and/or business experience preferred but not required.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
Skills
Superior communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in timekeeping software, with Intapp Time experience preferred.
