Our community bank client seeks a Personal Banker in San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will perform customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and customers. The role offers a salary up to $70K plus incentives and excellent benefits.
(This is not a remote position) Personal Banker responsibilities include: Manage customer bank accounts; open, close, and oversee transactions Resolve issues with banking services and accounts Answer customer calls and resolve basic deposit and loan inquiries Perform account maintenance for banking product changes Follow bank operating procedures Handle reporting tasks as assigned by supervisor Escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Who Are You?
