B2B Collections Specialist

Headfarmer is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client in the North Scottsdale area. Full time, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm.This is a contract opportunity through the end of the year. Duties to include: · Collection of past due invoices - will assist with all aspects of collections. · Conduct detailed research and follow up with customer complaints or billing issues. · Work closely with other departments to resolve payment issues. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · 2+ years of collections experience. · NetSuite, or similar software experience
