five (5) Billing Specialists
to join their team in
Scottsdale, AZ ! This team supports Enterprise‑level clients by ensuring timely and accurate billing and invoicing. Through portal management, these individuals must be detail‑oriented, able to analyze billing processes to increase efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders. A typical day in this role includes pulling invoicing reports, contacting customers regarding exhausted PO’s, analyzing business‑to‑business transaction data, and corresponding with customers to resolve billing discrepancies from past to future cycles.
This position also requires making a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day
to customers regarding invoices, payment status, and account follow‑up.
