Sales Manager A fast-growing international company in the e-mobility and energy tech space is looking for a driven
Sales Manager
to help expand its presence across the German-speaking markets. This is a B2B role targeting key industry players within clean energy, mobility and infrastructure - offering the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth sector.
The Role You’ll take ownership of commercial development across your territory, engaging with a broad range of partners - from mobility tech to energy installation and infrastructure. The position involves regular travel, strategic client engagement and full-cycle business development. It’s will suit you if you thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and are motivated by building something meaningful.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business across your region, building relationships with partners in mobility, energy, and infrastructure
Identify and convert commercial opportunities with both new and existing accounts
Conduct regular client meetings on-site and at industry events
Work cross-functionally with commercial, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Track sales activity and market feedback to inform business development strategy
Be present in the local office 2 days per week (flexible location within Germany)
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in energy, mobility or automotive
Proven experience developing new business and managing consultative sales cycles
Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, self-starting approach
High energy, adaptable, and confident engaging with senior decision-makers
Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and neighbouring markets
Fluent in German and English

€55,000–€75,000 base salary + performance-based bonus up to 50%
