Overview
DARLING'S INSURANCE AGENCY is growing, and we're looking for a CommercialLines Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll service and sell commercial insurance policies while building strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners.

What you'll do
Service and sell commercial insurance products to new and existing clients
Provide excellent customer service and proactively retain accounts
Maintain an active Property & Casualty license and complete all required continuing education
Follow agency procedures and commercial lines workflows
Review, analyze, and explain insurance coverage and policy forms
Manage and complete daily suspense items with accuracy and timeliness
Develop strong relationships with carrier underwriters, marketing reps, claims staff, and service centers
Stay current on new insurance products, market updates, and industry trends
Collect and process client payment information; record all activity in AMS360
Meet annual sales goals and follow up on all Broker of Record (BOR) letters
Perform additional duties as assigned
What we're looking for
Active Property & Casualty license (required)
Prior commercial insurance account management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and phone
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with AMS360, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), and carrier websites
