Conduct initial evaluations, document symptoms, functioning, needs, and assist MD with level of care decisions. Maintain knowledge of Emergency Detention procedures and EMTALA regulations. Accurately handle preadmission and admission paperwork, including insurance pre-certifications. Ensure proper staffing, minimize overtime, monitor attendance, and serve as a clinical decision point. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, with relevant licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT, RN). Valid driver’s license, favorable MVR, and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle. Ability to meet typing and keyboard expectations. CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of hire. Experience in psychiatric healthcare with adult and geriatric patients preferred; strong clinical assessment skills required. Seniority level
