Responsibilities:
Guide and advise buyers through the home-buying process.
Assess client's needs and formulate appropriate home search strategies.
Pursue a prosperous career in Real Estate through commitment and collaboration.
Continually prospect via multiple strategies to attract prospects for potential clients.
Facilitate open houses to showcase properties and build a network.
Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve client goals.
Proactively work with clients, providing excellent, consistent communication.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders and inspectors.
Prepare and effectively present representation contracts and purchase agreements.
Work collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications:
Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license.
Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations.
Display a positive, customer-oriented approach and attitude.
Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals.
Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs.

Flexible schedule, but weekend and evening hours required.
