Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Job Summary Are you passionate about real estate with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to support our energetic team. You will handle administrative duties, organize property listings, and facilitate communication between clients and colleagues. Responsibilities
Complete PLACE Launch and Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification
Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems
Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
Track tasks using PLACE Technology
Conduct 1-2 open houses per month
Convert prospecting efforts into appointments
Practice scripts according to team standards
Participate in team activities and training sessions
Engage in coaching and continuous learning
Assist sellers, convert leads into listings, and market homes effectively
Apply expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services
Qualifications We seek a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You should have:
A valid real estate license
At least 2 years of real estate sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills and time management abilities
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
