What You Should Expect: Our in-depth training program prepares new team members to become experts in commercial real estate sales. Our hands on training will teach you from A to Z, how to build a career in commercial real estate sales. Essential Functions: Use proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads and projects Relentlessly call property owners regarding their commercial real estate assets Be confident and comfortable with 100+ cold calls per day to property owners Maintain detailed records of activity on our proprietary CRM system Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan Actively participate in trainings Requirements Must currently live in the San Antonio, TX metro area Seniority level
