Responsibilities
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of Salesforce, Smartsheet, BrightSign, and other enterprise platforms
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and automation across business systems
Ensure smooth integration of IT systems to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
Analyze business workflows and implement technology-driven process optimizations
Leverage automation tools to enhance efficiency (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, API integrations)
Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, ensuring optimal user experience
Lead IT-driven projects related to system upgrades, process automation, and software integrations
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure adoption
Oversee project timelines, milestones, and budgets
Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise systems within the IT team
Develop training materials and conduct user adoption programs for business tools
Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors
Skills/Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field
4+ years’ work experience in IT operations, business systems administration, or technology project management
Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Smartsheet, BrightSign, or similar enterprise platforms
Experience with data reporting tools and automation technologies
Familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation, and system configurations
Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms is a plus
Knowledge of IT security policies, compliance, and data governance best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong communication abilities to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive system improvements.
