Responsibilities As a RE/MAX Ace Realty Agent, you will: Actively build and manage a personal database using our CRM (MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail) Complete structured productivity benchmarks: Add 100+ contacts in your first six months Log 50+ client-related tasks or appointments Attend and engage in ongoing education via in-person and virtual sessions Deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers Stay informed on local market trends and property values Collaborate with a high-performing team environment Qualifications We’re looking for agents who are: Currently licensed

with
