The Runner / Showing Assistant supports licensed agents by handling property showings, access, errands, and field support. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in real estate or supplement income with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
Show homes to buyers as scheduled
Open properties for inspections, appraisals, and contractors
Place or remove lockboxes and signs
Assist with light errands related to listings and transactions
Communicate showing feedback promptly
Qualifications
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Can spend a large amount of time driving
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Present yourself in a professional manner
Compensation $18 - $25 hourly
