Base pay range:
$375,000 – $500,000 per year (plus bonuses) Location:
New York City, NY (Hybrid) About the Role
The incoming Partner will play a key role in expanding and strengthening the real estate group, working with a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, financial institutions, and corporations. You will lead on complex real estate transactions, provide strategic counsel, and mentor junior attorneys, while contributing to the firm’s overall business development strategy. Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, joint ventures, and development projects. Lead and manage a team of attorneys and support staff within the practice group. Cultivate and expand client relationships, with a focus on long-term business development. Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated client service. Contribute to the firm’s leadership and strategic direction. Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar. 10+ years of experience in real estate law, preferably at a reputable firm. A demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships. Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams. Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver practical, client-focused advice. What We Offer
