Support and lead joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate M&A Handle construction, mortgage, and mezzanine financings Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices Work directly with sophisticated clients in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, data centers, industrial, mixed‑use, and more Qualifications
Minimum
three years
