to work alongside our seasoned agents, helping clients tour homes, learn the market, and move confidently toward their next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience by assisting top agents with showings while also building your own career. It’s not a set or guaranteed schedule; instead, it’s a flexible role designed to get you in front of clients, sharpen your skills, and accelerate your path toward becoming a full-time Sales Agent. Responsibilities:
Accompany and assist seasoned agents with property showings
Provide neighborhood and property insights to help clients make informed decisions
Communicate promptly with clients and lead agents to ensure seamless service
Support open houses, client events, and occasional team initiatives
Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
Shadow and collaborate with lead agents to gain valuable sales and negotiation experience
Build and nurture your own pipeline of clients as you grow within Thrive
Qualifications:
Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and scheduling tools
Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn from experienced mentors
Compensation: $50,000 yearly
