to work alongside our seasoned agents, helping clients tour homes, learn the market, and move confidently toward their next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience by assisting top agents with showings while also building your own career. It’s not a set or guaranteed schedule; instead, it’s a flexible role designed to get you in front of clients, sharpen your skills, and accelerate your path toward becoming a full-time Sales Agent. If you’re motivated, people-oriented, and ready to grow, this could be the perfect next step.

Responsibilities:

Accompany and assist seasoned agents with property showings

Provide neighborhood and property insights to help clients make informed decisions

Communicate promptly with clients and lead agents to ensure seamless service

Support open houses, client events, and occasional team initiatives

Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)

Shadow and collaborate with lead agents to gain valuable sales and negotiation experience

Build and nurture your own pipeline of clients as you grow within Thrive

Qualifications:

Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and scheduling tools

Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn from experienced mentors

Compensation: $50,000 yearly

This is a flexible, part-time role designed to help you gain experience and grow within Thrive. The schedule varies based on client needs and team activities.
