Responsibilities
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Follow up with leads in a timely, thoughtful way to build trust and drive conversions
Write clear, accurate offers and guide clients smoothly through the contract-to-close process
Build long-term relationships with clients that lead to referrals and repeat business
Stay informed about the local market, neighborhoods, and community happenings
Help buyers and sellers clarify their goals and confidently navigate their real estate journey
Show up for monthly in-person meetings and team training sessions
Collaborate, contribute, and support your teammates; we’re better together
Follow all state and local regulations, including Fair Housing and ethical standards
Communicate with kindness and professionalism, whether with clients, vendors, or fellow agents
Stay curious, coachable, and committed to your own growth
Qualifications
Show good organizational and time management skills
Past sales experience is preferred
Technology driven
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Self-motivation and drive
A current valid FL Real Estate license is required
Compensation $100,000+ yearly
