Meet with motivated buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals
Consistently follow up and stay top of mind with clients using our proven systems
Deliver 5-star service that turns first-time clients into lifelong fans and referrers
Host dynamic open houses and convert hot leads (we give them to you!)
Keep your calendar booked with ready-to-go appointments using our CRM
Plug into ongoing Academy Sales Training and weekly team meetings to sharpen your edge
Qualifications
Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
Full-time commitment — you're serious about your success
Coachable, driven, and fired up to grow
Solid communication skills and a knack for building relationships
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with unstoppable energy
Compensation $75,000-$150,000 per year
