A premier New York City-based hedge fund is seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to support the Investor Relations team. The role is
hybrid , based part of the week at their beautiful office in
Midtown, Manhattan , and they offer an

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Managing Director & a team of executives
Manage incoming calls and emails with utmost professionalism
Heavy calendaring, conference room/call scheduling, and meeting management across multiple time zones
Arrange and manage travel, events, flights, and other logistics
Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
Manage information and client accounts in CRM (ProTrak)
Provide top-tier customer service to clients
Details Salary:
$90-110k per year, based on experience

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of Executive Assistant experience
Must have excellent customer service skills
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management
Experience with CRM and expense management software
Able to travel 1-4 days per month to Greenwich, Connecticut
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other EAs
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
