Responsibilities
Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers Conduct open houses Make outgoing phone calls, texts and emails to convert leads into clients Participate in weekly script practice Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call Qualifications
You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit Excellent at building rapport, listening to needs, and identifying solutions Prospecting and lead generation skills Ability to overcome objections Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player Willing to obtain a real estate license (assistance available) Learning-based, growth-minded, organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills About the team
