Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Continuous Development: Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements
Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License is required (or willingness to obtain with our support). Licensing: Active Life, Health & Annuities License is required (or willingness to obtain with our support). Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Oriented: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and meeting client needs. Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality, as this is an in-person role. Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team setting and maintain a positive work environment.
