We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliations Specialist to support financial revenue operations across multiple offices. This role is responsible for reconciling revenue activity with insurance and patient payments, ensuring accuracy between recorded transactions and bank deposits.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Range:
$25/hr – $30/hr Overview
This role will review and reconcile daily revenue activity from internal software across multiple offices, matching insurance and patient payments to bank deposits, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of reconciliations and communications. Key Responsibilities
Review and reconcile daily revenue activity from internal software across multiple offices Match insurance and patient payments to bank deposits Investigate discrepancies and reach out to insurance providers and office staff for verification Maintain accurate records of reconciliations and communications Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve reconciliation processes Qualifications
Background in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of reconciliations Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; experience with macros is a plus Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Seniority level and Employment type
