Under the direction of the Branch and/or Production Manager, this role involves marketing and promoting PrimeLending products and services to clients such as realtors, builders, bank officers, and potential and past clients. It includes managing or supporting the management and business operations of PrimeLending and its customers.
Responsibilities
Evaluate PrimeLending’s and other loan products to determine the best financial solutions for customers based on their needs and circumstances.
Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales representatives to develop and retain business, including visiting subdivisions as needed.
Market and promote PrimeLending’s financial products.
Meet the company’s minimum production standards by accurately completing loan applications and using PrimeLending’s product set.
Monitor customer interactions and manage the loan process from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualifying potential homebuyers.
Collect and analyze financial information from customers.
Advise customers on different loan options, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each.
Service existing customers by gathering necessary documents, fees, and lock-in information.
Oversee the loan process, monitor loan status, and ensure compliance with terms.
Communicate loan status to all stakeholders and handle post-closing documentation.
Present loan terms and conditions to customers.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
Maintain a professional image and adhere to company policies and standards.
Potentially supervise other loan officers, assistants, or processors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant licenses as required by state.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
At least 12 months of loan originator experience.
Ability to interact with various stakeholders including regional and corporate departments, realtors, and builders.
Strong judgment, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze large data sets and utilize appropriate software technology.
Active community involvement and professional networking.
Commitment to ongoing industry knowledge expansion.
