About the Role Are you currently in a Financial Planning and Analysis role looking for the next new step in your career?
As our
Director of Finance , you’ll play a key role in driving performance and profitability across the organization. This strategic position blends financial analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement sustainable improvements.
You’ll work closely with leadership to define KPIs, optimize business processes, and support data-driven decision-making that fuels Sun Title’s growth.
Responsibilities
Work onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan (not a remote position)
Lead the development of forecasting models and “what-if” analyses
Prepare and monitor annual budgets
Define and report KPIs aligned with company goals
Analyze new business segments, services, and ROI opportunities
Benchmark vendor agreements and identify cost savings
Document and implement best business practices
Communicate financial insights clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
5–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business analysis
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros)
Power BI experience (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive, self-starting mindset with sound judgment
