Construction Superintendent

Residential Construction Superintendent Location: Seattle, WA Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to manage on-site operations for residential projects throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands residential construction from ground-up through close-out and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site activities for residential construction projects Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work Conduct quality control and punch-list management Communicate regularly with project managers, homeowners, and inspectors Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Residential Construction Superintendent Strong knowledge of residential building methods, materials, and sequencing Familiarity with Seattle-area building codes and inspections Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously OSHA certification preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits package (health insurance, PTO, retirement options) Steady pipeline of residential projects in Seattle Supportive team environment with long-term growth opportunities
