About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects in the Seattle area. This position requires a detail-oriented leader with strong scheduling, coordination, and safety management skills.
Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects Manage subcontractors, site staff, and project schedules Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe job site Coordinate inspections and quality control processes Track progress and report project status to project management Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep projects on schedule
Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing Knowledge of Seattle-area codes, inspections, and permitting processes Proven leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines OSHA certification preferred Experience with scheduling and project management software is a plus
