Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent Location: Bellevue, WA Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for projects in the Bellevue area. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe job site Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors Track progress and report on project milestones Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial and/or residential) Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations Proven leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines Proficient in scheduling and construction management software (preferred) OSHA certification preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Benefits package (health, PTO, retirement, etc.) Long-term local projects in the Bellevue area Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing company
