Patten Title Company is a well-established title company with offices in Austin and Houston. We are currently looking for an Escrow Assistant with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of title company experience. Assist the Escrow Closing team to ensure successful transactions. Collaborate with the title department to resolve title issues. Coordinate with buyers, lenders, sellers, and/or brokers to collect necessary items and information for processing files and curing title issues for a successful closing. Ensure all payoffs, taxes, and HOA fees are ordered, updated, and collected. Address inquiries from clients, sellers, buyers, agents, and Asset Management Companies professionally and promptly. Confirm closing dates, location, and documentation needed with borrowers. Attend and participate in weekly team meetings. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements
1-3 years of title company experience Strong knowledge of resale, refinance, and investor business Full-time physical attendance is essential Detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills FSA and HSA options 401(k) with employer matching 100% up to 4% of salary
