Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Escrow Assistant role located in Lakewood, OH. The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for supporting escrow transactions, processing closing paperwork, managing client communications, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout the transaction process. Additional responsibilities include preparing escrow instructions, ensuring documents are complete, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate smooth and efficient closings.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Escrow and Closings processes and procedures
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients professionally and effectively
Knowledge or certification as a Notary is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in the real estate, title, or escrow industry is a plus
Clearing Title, gathering information to prepare escrow file for Escrow Officer
