Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience a plus
Available to work Saturdays
Your Day-to-Day:
Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases
Manage applications, deposits, and lease documentation
Maintain organized resident and property files
Support marketing efforts and promote the community online
Ensure apartments and community areas are tour-ready
