Job Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Supervise accounting staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
