What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist the Foreman in overseeing daily roofing and exterior construction operations.
Support project planning by reviewing plans, setting production goals, and tracking progress.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper staging and quality control.
Make timely field decisions and elevate issues to the Foreman when needed.
Document change orders, production notes, and project details accurately.
Train, mentor, and lead crew members to uphold company standards and safety practices.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced in construction, roofing, or exterior projects.
Strong leadership and team-building skills; able to motivate and support crew members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in basic computer and email skills.
Punctual, detail-oriented, and analytical.
Comfortable traveling as needed.
