The Foreman at Herzog Roofing plays a critical leadership role on the jobsite, overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards for quality and safety, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Experience in the construction industry.

Project Oversight
Study project plans and details daily to fully understand scope of work.
Set and track daily and weekly production goals.
Maintain consistent communication with the project manager on progress and expectations.
Coordinate material deliveries and verify accuracy and proper staging.
Ensure quality control on all work performed.
Make timely field decisions and elevate issues when necessary.
Accurately document change orders, production notes, and project details as required.
