Specialist will manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of Client's 4G/5G IBV macro and/or small cell new build and/or modification programs and service improvements in the Southwest Submarket (AZ, NM and Southern NV). Responsibilities
Supervise real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of Client's 4G/5G IBV macro and/or small cell new build and/or modification programs and service improvements in the Southwest Submarket (AZ, NM and Southern NV). Oversee site acquisition and A&E partners to achieve milestones leading to a “Real Estate Complete” work product. Supervise third-party vendors in due diligence, negotiate leases or amendments, manage workflows, and obtain governmental approvals and permits. Act as a self-starter to drive projects and prioritize multiple competing assignments. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Manage purchase orders (POs) and assist with special projects as they arise. Payrate:
$65.00 - $70.00/hr. Experience
7-10 years of experience Required Skills
Telecom/wireless experience with strong project management; prior experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors is preferred. Ideal candidate will have carrier experience, preferably working at or with Client's. Experience or familiarity with a variety of project types. Experience forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding the impact of the job to the overall program. Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive timelines and goals. Excellent communication skills with a positive, team-focused energy and drive. Creative problem solver able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success. Experience with database tracking systems/tools; familiarity with Client's processes and tools (FUZE) is preferred. Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package selected.
