Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (1+ year required)

Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants Conduct thorough financial analysis and assess the risk associated with each loan application Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial documents and information for loan processing Utilize loan origination software, such as Quicken, to streamline the application and approval process Perform credit analysis to assess the likelihood of repayment and adherence to TILA regulations Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and denials Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure smooth loan processing Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in loan origination Work with partner lenders such as Rocket, AmeriSave, Loan Depot, PennyMac, etc. Qualifications : Proven experience in financial sales or a related field NMLS license required Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures Familiarity with accounting software for financial analysis purposes Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the client and the bank Ability to analyze creditworthiness and assess risk accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
