Overview
This position is responsible for providing appraisals of real residential property for the purpose of calculating tax assessments and analyzing collected data to estimate residential land value. The starting salary will be $20.88 hourly and there is an addition to pay for hours worked for those possessing State certification ($2/hour for Residential certification or appraisal license and $4/hour for General). Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
