Licensed Sales Representative – property and casualty insurance – Remote after training – Colorado ONLY
Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Non-Bilingual Pay Rate: $28/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan
Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $30/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan
Bonus: average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers
Annual pay: $80k to $100k

Training
Onsite - Englewood, CO 80112
8 weeks (no time off during training) - 8:30am-5:00pm local time
Post-Training Schedule
Monday - Friday shifts between 10:30 am and 8:00 pm local time with some rotating weekends
Shift payrate differential for the latest shift, after 5pm, and Saturdays
There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation, ending at 5:00 pm AZ time on Saturdays
Post-Training Location Work from home (must be available to go onsite for occasional meetings/trainings)
Job Function Sales — Property and Casualty Insurance
Responsibilities
Quote and sell homeowner's and renter's insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from purchased leads while providing excellent customer service
Quote and sell insurance products to engage with both new and current customers to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs
Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history
Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies
Conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads
Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service needs
Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations, and maintain state licensing
Requirements
Active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License or personal lines
Must reside within the required distance from the hub location
Must be available to work and commit to training and work schedule
Empathetic, driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, effective communicator, and influential
Eligibility and Location Remote after training; Colorado only; occasional onsite meetings/trainings
