Handle inbound phone and web leads (no cold calls). Follow up via calls, texts, and emails. Conduct property research and evaluations. Build rapport with clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Use CRM tools to track and nurture leads. What We Offer
Base pay + performance bonuses ($55K–$70K annually). 100% employer-paid health insurance. 401(k) with company match.
