Sales and Customer Service experience preferred but not a must. As a Leasing Consultant you are on the front line of our operations. A professional appearance and attitude is a must to represent our company mission. Responsibilities

Maintain a positive professional personal appearance and attitude

Ensure Sales Areas are always “show ready” including Clubhouse/Office, Amenities, Model, Target Units, and Community.

Create/Manage/Maintain Phone, Email and In Person Leads

Greet and Build Rapport with all Potential and Current Residents

Effectively Communicate with Prospective Residents, including scheduling tours

Provide in person tours, virtual tours, etc. on a daily basis

Be sales driven, create urgency and excitement to close the lease

Follow Up on all Potential Residents via email, phone, texts, etc.

Create/Update Online Ads to drive traffic to your community

Work within AppFolio (Management Software) to manage leads, prepare lease paperwork, enter maintenance tickets, etc.

Must be able to work within Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Be creative, have fun and be a team player

Mon-Fri- 9:30am-6pm, Sat- 9:30am-5pm, Sun- 11:30am-5pm (Two Days off Mon-Fri)
