Position Overview The Commercial Lines Account Manager will play an essential role in delivering excellence in client management and retention. Primary Responsibilities Manage a high volume book of insurance business, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely. Build client loyalty through positive relationships, advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication. Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies. Maintain understanding of markets, underwriting guidelines, and procedures. Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy. Coordinate renewal information with the department manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of three years Commercial Account Management experience required. Property & Casualty License required. Valid driver’s license and insurance required. Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred. Ability to work independently and interact effectively with team members. Self-motivated, driven, and able to meet deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information discreetly. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude. Position Summary This role is based in New York State, with a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000. Compensation varies based on experience and qualifications.
