The role involves managing real estate vendors from initial RF design to release for construction. Responsibilities include managing vendors, tasks in Siterra/SiteTracker, purchase orders, collaborating with legal teams, and ensuring adherence to project policies for accurate project delivery. The candidate will provide regular status updates, resolve issues, manage project finances ensuring compliance with PeopleSoft, and lead and guide the team. They will set direction for individual and team growth, demonstrate professionalism through prompt email responses, active participation in meetings, clear communication, maintaining records, collaborating with other departments, and understanding the impact of their role on the business. Establish quality assurance procedures, interface with internal and external departments, and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must be able to review and interpret leasing documents and resolve real estate and lease-related issues to meet project goals.
