The role involves managing Real Estate vendors from initial RF design through project completion, including tasks such as managing vendors, using Siterra/SiteTracker, handling POs, collaborating with legal teams, and ensuring compliance with project policies. Responsibilities also include providing regular status updates, resolving issues, managing project finances in PeopleSoft, and ensuring all line items are compliant. The candidate will provide team leadership, guidance, and foster individual and team growth. Professionalism in communication, active participation in meetings, record-keeping, and cross-department collaboration are essential. Establishing quality assurance standards, interfacing with internal and external departments, and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously are required. The ability to review and interpret leasing documents, as well as analyze and resolve Real Estate and lease-related issues, is also necessary.
