A licensed real estate agent in Nevada (one year or longer)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: Guide buyers & sellers through the real estate process with confidence Convert company-provided leads into closed sales Actively prospect for new clients and grow your business Attend team meetings, training sessions, and networking events Deliver top-notch customer service to create lifelong client relationships What Success Looks Like in your First Year: Close 24+ transactions with our lead support Build a pipeline of loyal clients & referrals Establish a strong local presence through team marketing Qualifications
1+ years of experience in real estate Strong knowledge of the Henderson & Las Vegas real estate market. Must live within close proximity to Henderson, NV, as our business is primarily in East Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, and surrounding areas. Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
