Responsibilities
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Assist clients in buying properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to expand the company's network and business opportunities. Prepare and manage documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Learn and utilize all technology systems per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, team meetings, trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License in the state of Pennsylvania. Proven experience with 1+ years as a Real Estate Agent. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Team-focused and willing to learn. Desire to grow in business. Flexibility to serve clients in Lancaster and surrounding counties.
