Responsibilities

Show residential properties to prospective buyers and renters Provide exceptional client service and build rapport Communicate feedback from showings to the lead agent/team Ensure homes are prepared and presentable prior to showings Coordinate with clients, team members, and listing agents for smooth appointments Stay up to date with local market conditions and inventory

Qualifications

Active real estate license in PA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule Tech-savvy and able to navigate scheduling tools, CRM systems, and MLS Self-motivated, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
