Managing the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project. Understanding how all disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced. Working with Digital Delivery Leads to execute the digital deliverables outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP). Initiating projects by establishing server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables per project scope. Executing digital deliverables and supporting the production team throughout the project duration. Providing technical support and communicating the deliverable schedule to the project team. Maintaining quality by monitoring model health and coordination processes from planning through issue of construction documents. Assisting with development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and establishing the document management system and server infrastructure for multi-discipline projects. Ensuring the team has the appropriate software, versions, access, and training to meet project requirements. Generating and maintaining model setup (project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, sheets, and general models) to accommodate disciplines and project needs. Monitoring and maintaining company standards and model health. Hosting Digital Delivery coordination meetings to ensure quality control through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes. Communicating, coordinating, and compiling all project digital deliverables and exchange processes at predetermined milestones. Project archiving at submittals and closeout. Engaging in clear communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clients. Required Qualifications

Technical degree or a combination of education and related industry experience A minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) experience Comprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systems Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tools Advanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication tools Familiar with industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications Familiar with basic automation and programming applications for efficiencies Familiar with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications Familiar with content creation and management concepts Superior client service, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as a first line of technical support What We Believe
